2.      The posting of advertisements with illegal, misleading or offensive contents constitute a violation of the terms of use.

3.      The same property cannot be advertised more than once, at the same time.

4.      Telephone numbers with special tariff rates (such as freefone and lo-call numbers or mobile phone tarification) will not be accepted.

5.      The user knows and accepts that the IP address of each advertisement may be monitored, as means of identification for future reference, in case of infringement of the existing laws.

6.      All information regarding a property will be revised before its web posting and will not be published until the necessary requirements are met.

7.      Any person posting an advertisement on this site will be solely responsible for the accuracy and thruthfulness of the information provided.

8.      The advertisement will remain on our web page for a limited time period of two months. When this timeframe has been surpassed it will be automatically deleted, although it can be resent during as many periods as wanted, providing the specified terms of use are followed.

The infringement of any of the above conditions can derive in the temporary or indefinite exclusion from this service. Any infringement will be liable, if considered necessary, before the competent authorities.
